By using One Target Golf, you agree to these terms.

1. Product purpose

One Target Golf provides golf distance and course guidance features. It is an informational aid only and does not replace player judgment, local rules, or course safety requirements.

2. No performance guarantee

Distance, weather, elevation, and guidance outputs may vary based on GPS quality, data coverage, map accuracy, and device conditions. You are responsible for your own playing decisions.

3. Optional third-party services

Some features use third-party services (for example weather/elevation, course search, and optional AI advice). Their availability and behavior are outside One Target Golf's control.

4. Proper use

• Do not use the app in a way that creates safety risks for yourself or others.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or connected services.

5. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Target Golf is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

7. One Target Golf Pro subscription

One Target Golf Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription that provides access to supported downloadable US and Canadian course data for offline use. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. Previously downloaded course data remains on your device until you delete it, but downloading new paid course data requires an active subscription.
